1. Small Business Regulation

According to § 19 German VAT Act, no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.

2. Contract and Payment

All products are individually made to measure.

A contract becomes binding once a deposit of 50 percent of the agreed total price has been received.

The remaining balance may be paid in two installments upon request. The full amount must be paid before shipment.

Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.

3. Production Time

Each piece is carefully handmade. Production time is generally six to eight weeks from receipt of the deposit.

For particularly elaborate designs or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur.

4. Returns and Cancellation

As all pieces are custom made and unique, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are excluded.

5. Shipping

Shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and will be specified in the individual offer.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other country specific fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Care Instructions and Liability

All corsets are handcrafted and may contain metal components, pearls, and delicate or highly pigmented fabrics.

Machine washing is strictly prohibited.

Professional dry cleaning or professional disinfection cleaning is recommended.

Cleaning is at the buyer’s own risk. No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper care or cleaning.
